Words of Wisdom – True of False?
(Written by Sr. Kibs) – I recently came across an interesting set of “words of wisdom” from a friend of mine who most likely found them from a friend of theirs, who most likely got it in an e-mail that was sent around to 10,000 people, that then sent it to another 10,000 people, and then it ended up on facebook, and before you knew it, it turned into something that some middle aged housewife in the midwest tacked on to her fridge. None the less, I find these words of wisdom to be interesting and funny and possibly even true. I thought I would share them with you:
1. I have learned that no matter how much I care, some people are just assholes.
2. I have learned that it takes years to build up trust, but it only takes suspicion, not proof, to destroy it.
3. You are guilty until proven innocent.
4. I have learned that you can get by on charm and fast talk for about 15 minutes, but after that you need to have either a big willy or huge boobs!
5. I have learned that you can keep vomiting long after you are finished.
6. I have learned that the people you care most about in your life are taken away from you to soon, but all the less important ones just never go away.
7. I have learned that we are responsible for what we do unless we are celebrities.
(Written by Sr. Kibs – ”Thought of the Day”) – Why is it that because one has large feet (with large hands to match), it becomes the most difficult search to find some “low cut” socks at the store? Let’s think about this simple task at hand, given that “low cut” white socks usually come in the sizes of 6-12 and 13-15 and are the trend of the moment when it comes to wearing sneakers.
